Access Statement
Manordaf is a traditional Welsh detached stone house built in about 1835.
There is ample parking at the front of the house on a private, flat and level tarmacadam drive. A short, flat and level concrete path leads to the front (guests) entrance with two 5” steps to the door. The entrance is illuminated on either side by two PIR lamps.
The entrance hall provides access to the guests’ lounge, breakfast room and stairs to the first floor. The hall is well illuminated by both switched and PIR lights and emergency light in case of power failure. Doors are either 2’6” or 3’ wide.
The three guest bedrooms (all en-suite) are all located on the first floor and access is by a ‘gallery’ staircase in three sections with a total of sixteen 6” steps.   The rooms are well-lit with ceiling and bedside lamps.
The house is beside a river with paths and quay area available and open to guests
